Charlemagne: The Omens of Death is the fourth and final studio album by British actor and heavy metal singer Christopher Lee. The album was released on May 27, 2013, and is a conceptual continuation of the album Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross (2010). The music was arranged by Judas Priest member Richie Faulkner and Guatemalan guitar virtuoso Edras Ramos and his father, who played bass guitar. Lee announced the release of the first single 'Let Legend Mark Me as the King' on his 90th birthday, marking his transition to a 'fully' heavy metal direction and departure from symphonic metal.
